SHIPPING

We ship directly to your door!

We provide worldwide delivery with trackable service. We will ship your items as soon as the payment is processed and received. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-7 business days (depending on your location) from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY: Customer must cover the cost of duties and import fees that its country requires. 

 

LOST PACKAGES 

We are only responsible for packages lost in transit to its destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order. 

 

ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR CART

When viewing an item on our shop section of our page, you may add an item to your cart by simply selecting your size and specifying quantity needed. Then, to add the item to your cart, simply click the "Add To Cart" button.

 

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customercare@lagottaswimwear.com. We process and ship orders quickly and once our order has been shipped we will not be able to make any changes.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE

We are sorry to hear about this!

But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our contact page. Please include your name, order number, e-mail registered and details of the product. We will get back to you within 48hours with instructions on how to exchange your product. RETURN POLICY

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We understand that mistakes can be made when you are not able to try on garments before purchasing. But here’s the good news, we accept returns within seven (7) business days from the day you receive your item. We only accept unused items: it can't be returned if it is used, damaged, washed, pinned or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached, and swimsuits must have the hygiene liners intact.

Items on the SALE section of our website may not be returned or exchanged.

 

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 to 3 business days after we receive your return. Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Note, your account will not be charged until your order has shipped out.
