RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE

But mistakes do happen sometimes. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us through our contact page. Please include your name, order number, e-mail registered and details of the product. We will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to exchange your product.
We understand that mistakes can be made when you are not able to try on garments before purchasing. But here’s the good news, we accept returns within seven (7) business days from the day you receive your item. We only accept unused items: it can't be returned if it is used, damaged, washed, pinned or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached, and swimmers must have the hygiene liners intact.
Items marked as “Final Sale” may not be returned or exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
